The standard seat is intended for babies from about 6 months. With separate newborn attachments (sold separately) it can be used from newborn through youth transitions. The chair is rated to hold up to 220 pounds.

The seat and footrest use a click-and-slide system with multiple seat-depth positions and footrest levels. Adjustments are tool-free and designed to be made very quickly (described as possible in one second).

It includes a snap-on baby set with a five-point safety harness and slip-resistant feet. The harness is removable as the child grows, and the baby set is intended for infant use.

Adult assembly is required for initial setup and tools are provided. After assembly, routine adjustments such as seat and footrest changes are tool-free and designed to be quick.

Overall dimensions are 33.5" H x 21" W x 23" D, and the chair weighs 14 pounds.
