Not for the chunky babies! Regret!
Regret buying it! Not for the chunky babies, my baby is 20 lbs at 10 months old. Getting in and out is a pain.. it looks tight on her legs, she can hardly move when sitting. I hope i can return but it’s already assembled.

Hello, Thank you for reaching out. We are sorry to hear you are having issues with your Arketa+ Set. A couple of things you can try so your baby can be more comfortable. The leg openings for the seat reducer are adjustable. Try opening them by adjusting at the back of the seat reducer. When loading your baby into the highchair try taking the click tray off when putting them in from the front of the highchair. If putting them in from the back of the highchair, have their body in an "L" shape to better guide them into the seat reducer. I hope this helps! Thanks, hauck Customer Service Team

This highchair seems to be made of quality material and it is very sturdy. BUT whoever wrote the assembly instructions deserves jail time. One of the most confusing instruction booklets I've ever seen and I've built a lot of furniture. Otherwise the chair seems great (just bought today)

She is so comfy and supported in this seat as she learns to eat solids at the family table. I love the footrest- it gives me peace of mind as she’s trying new foods that she’s in the ideal position for safety. It fits nicely at the table, or in the kitchen with the tray! It’s easy to clean and durable, and I like the cushion. 100% recommend this if you’re in the market for a safe and comfortable high chair that will fit nicely in your home and last for years!

Amazing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The wood on this one is absolutely incredible.. absolutely gorgeous and very well sealed.. so concern of injuries from it.. soft round edges and no splintering etc. Once put together it is VERY solid! It is also easy to change based on needs. The chair itself is adaptable from 6months until adulthood if you needed to use it for any amount of time during that. The seat itself is removable and I think that at some point we will use this as a step stool even for the kitchen etc because it really is so solid (though obviously that’s not recommended by the company!) I don’t want to ever get rid of this thing. It cleans very well, looks amazing and absolutely is THE most solid piece of children’s furniture we own now. I will be recommending it to everyone I know.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This chair is of very good quality, it is very easy to assemble, the instructions are very clear and easy to understand, it is very comfortable since it comes with a padded set, the best of all is that it can be used from 6 months onwards, it can withstand a lot of weight, it is very resistant, my baby felt very comfortable, I am delighted, the shipment was very fast and everything very well packed and insured, all the pieces come separately very well packed with a lot of safety, I loved this chair since it is very durable and serves for many years. It folds easily and the tray is easy to clean. I haven’t tried the stool feature but I feel like it will come in handy as my baby grows. I would recommend this product to new moms.

Love the look of this chair
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a great high chair- it looks great with my home aesthetic, was fairly easy to put together (the instructions could have been slightly more intuitive but I’m pretty handy and put together plenty of furniture before) and it’s easy to clean! My daughter is on the chunky side so I will say this is probably for more petite kids since it’s a little tricky to get her in and out and there’s not a ton of growing room in the waist area (see picture) but by the time she outgrows the current set up she will be big enough to move to the next set up. I love that one high chair can grow with the kids. It’s lightweight and easy to move around if needed but sturdy enough to support a growing child!

Love the design and how small it is. Perfect for a smaller kitchen and has multiple settings which is amazing. But I would absolutely rather walk 10 miles barefoot on legos than put this together ever again. What a pain in the absolute head. Not easy. Instructions suck. Maybe I’m dumb but this took me 4 hours.

I love that the chair is a woody kind. It looks very antique and it’s special to me. I also like how the straps are very high and very easy to use for your kids on the chair. it was very easy to set up as well. Super simple.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We LOVE this high chair. We’ve tried a few others and nothing worked right for us. This one ticks all the right boxes for us. I love how washable the seat is because you know feeding time is MESSY especially with BLW. I love how you don’t have to remove the tray, but just slide the baby in the seat which makes feeding time so much easier. It’s a great size. Fits at our dining table but I’m also able to keep it in the corner, or move it around when we’re in the living room for snacks. It’s a solid build though. I know it’ll last our family a long time and grow with us. Highly recommend!

Love it but not for sure how long
What we love: aesthetically pleasing, solid, foot rest for feet while baby is eating, easy to clean tray, comfy and my 6 month old baby loves it. What has been hard: it’s not easy to put together at all, and it’s super tight like I can’t imagine how my baby will be able to fit in it in a month and she’s small now 15lbs 26inches.

The perfect high chair
Love it! Easy for me to put together. The wood is very sturdy and doesn’t ding easily. Doesn’t take up a lot of space. Easy to wipe down. It gets baby in the perfect position and baby is very comfortable. Prefer it for multiple reasons over stoke Tripp trapp, especially bc this one really doesn’t tip back. We have the older version of this (alpha) and while it was great and looks like new after 2 years of daily use, this version has a lot of improvements.

assembly is a nightmare
I have no idea why some people said this was easy to put together. At this point in our parenting journey my husband and I have put a LOT of baby items together and this one was a NIGHTMARE. There are no words on the instructions, only pictures, and not very good ones. Ended up watching a "how to" video on the hauck website but that one had completely different instructions then the manual which made it even more confusing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very pleased with my Hauck Arketa high chair. It took a little over an hour to put together. It has 13 different seat positions. The footrest is adjustable too. The high chair is rated up to 286 lbs which tells me it is very sturdy and will last a long time. I like how it can fit under my table, perfect for storing. It has smooth sliding feet so it will not tip over when pushing away from the table. The tray is easy to remove and clean. The seat is cushioned and comfortable. The quality of the high chair is excellent. We highly recommend.

Might be good as a booster seat only…
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well, I had high hopes for this high chair and unfortunately I was disappointed. The design looks stylish and I like that it can grow with my child, but we’ve encountered a few problems with it. First, assembly was a nightmare- it took my husband over an hour because none of the parts are labeled and he had to just guess by the pictures. Once it was finally put together, we put our 7 month old in, only to be frustrated again. The design is to place your baby in from above with the wood rail being unable to detach. So, my baby basically has to have his legs straight going in and coming out of this, yeah right! Once he’s in, I guess it’s nice- there’s a simple tray that removes easily and he does look cute in it, but I don’t see it being functional at this stage. We will remove the baby high chair and just use it as a regular chair, since that’s about all it’s good for. I’d definitely recommend they go back to the drawing board with the baby design- the whole front should be removable or at least slide out a little, please?!

Great wooden high chair
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would rate this 5/5. I will start off with things I found negative about this highchair. My husband did not care for the instructions. However, what product has the best instructions? I wish you could extend the table a little more. My 6 month old is a bit chunky. So she doesn’t need the cushion. Some positives is that it will grow with her and the weight limit of over 200 pounds is nice. I don’t have to worry about my toddler climbing on. It will be nice to use for the counter top later as a step stool. I love how you can attach different chairs to this chair. As a separate cost. We do have a high table but this still is a good size next to it. So far the white tray has been easy to clean with zero stains. No matter what I put on it. So far I have super happy with this high chair and so glad I got to review it. I will say it was smaller than I expected but that’s wonderful. I didn’t want a giant bulky high chair and it’s a great size and sturdy.
