To start, place a lollipop stick into each Rice Krispie Treat. Then, roll out Tootsie Rolls into tear drop shapes for the arms (four per treat). Use vanilla frosting and a #1 piping tip to make the claws, and use green frosting with a #2 tip for the leaves.

Tip: If the Tootsie Rolls are too hard to roll, warm them up in microwave for about 6 seconds.

With light brown frosting, create an oval/heart-shaped face on the Fudge Covered Oreo. For the eyes: roll out caramel and cut out to ovals. For the nose, mouth and eye lines: pipe on black or dark brown frosting.
