Not happy

The rug quality is far from what I expected. First It’s not a natural color jute, but rather a dirty light brown & the edges appear as if run over by a car - also dirty looking.The binding on the edge appears frayed & although it’s not, just very poorly made.

Color depicted online was way off

This rug was a tobacco brown color. Not even close to the light wheat color depicted online. Sent it back. Come on Annie Selke, surely you could depict the color more accurately online!

Color not as shown!!

I ordered this rug in Natural for my guest room. As I was trying to get the room ready for guests who were soon to arrive, I neglected to order a swatch first. Big mistake! Instead of the rug being a light straw color as depicted in the pictures online, it is a dark khaki color. Buyer beware! The color doesn't work in the room at all and I'm very disappointed, because I love the "lacey" pattern of the rug, the material, and the 8 foot round is perfect for the room. But I'll be sending it back. Annieselke surely you could have depicted this rug color more accurately!
