I bought this rug for my granddaughter for Christmas. It's a beautiful rug and great quality! The pile is soft and just what she wanted as part of her room makeover. I first bought a rug from the popular big "A" website that was also gray and shaggy. But it was the cheapest quality and ugliest rug I've ever seen, it didn't even have a backing like a rug, it was basically a cheap piece of shaggy gray fabric. I instantly returned it and came to Rugs.com and bought a real rug that was well worth the price! She loves it (& so does her cat :) I should have taken a pic of it in her room, love it
