Very Happy Customer

I am not one to write reviews, but I am compelled to write one about this company. My whole experience with rugs.com has been pretty much perfect. I bought 3 rugs (different sizes) and a rug pad - rugs are beautiful, exactly like as pictured and the pad is great. One thing in particular stands out to me with regard to my purchase, and that was an email that I received from Rugs.com giving me instructions on the care of my new rugs. I just personally thought that was great customer service. All of that being said... I 100% recommend rugs.com and will be looking to purchase another rug for our bedroom in the near future.
