As the head honcho of the largest food pantry in the area, I can't afford to let freezing temperatures put a damper on my commitment to fighting hunger. Plus, throw in an autoimmune disease that turns my fingers and toes into popsicles, and you've got a real winter challenge. Enter the Rocky Sport Pro Rubber 1200G Insulated Waterproof Outdoor Boots—my newfound winter warriors. A thoughtful friend gifted me these bad boys, and let me tell you, they've revolutionized my winter game. No more triple-layered socks or desperate attempts with "hot hands." These boots are the real deal, keeping my feet cozy and bone-dry through it all. On a day when the temperature plunged to a jaw-dropping -13°F, I dared my partner to doubt the magic within these boots. In a somewhat unconventional move, I had him stick his hand inside after a marathon of volunteering in arctic conditions. To his amazement, the warmth radiating from those boots after hours in the cold left him stunned. From the moment I crank up my car to the point where the fireplace starts doing its job at home, these boots are glued to my feet. Trust me when I say, these boots are the best material gift I've ever received!

This is my first time buying a Rocky boot, always had Alpha Burly boots prior. Needed a zipper boot for easy on and off so I hope the reviews on this boot are good. Only issue so far is the extra small zipper pull- size for a toddler's boot. Nothing more frustrating than working a zipper in cold weather with cold hands and to have it be tiny little and unable to get a grip on. These are adult hard working boots for serious money, let's have a good zipper mechanism to go with a quality boot. I put shoe laces thru the zipper eye in hope's of making it easier to use. Hopefully everything else is quality and no leaks around the zipper base. Only need them about a month each year for cold weather, wet hunting. Hope they do the job-

I have used these boots for hunting and love them. Easy to slide on and take off. My feet stay warm and dry and they are comfortable.

Bought this in September 2020 and it lasted through 2 deer seasons in Michigan. By the end of 2021 the rubber on the feet was cracking and no longer waterproof. I only wore them for a total of 6-7 months. I stored them in the box in my basement for the rest of the time.

At first I was very happy with the comfort and dry socks but this was short lived. After about 24 to 36 hours of use the bond between the camo and rubber above the heel started to separate, out came the gorilla glue to put a stop to that. Sadly it wasn't long before the rubber toe cap opened up allowing moisture into the inside of the boot. I am now attempting to patch this area on both left and right boot to stop the leakage. I think this may be short lived as these boots have very little actual time in the field and are not holding up as I had hoped. There's no use pursuing warranty as I no longer have the sales receipt or original box they came in. Another expensive lesson in life I guess.

Bought a pair of these 3 years ago. After 11 months they started to separate at the seams. Returned within warranty period to the vendor and received a new pair. That pair started to separate after 13 months (no longer under warranty). I sealed them with Shoe Goo, but they now (after 18 months) leak around the neoprene/rubber interface. Sad they are so poorly constructed as they are very comfortable and warm WHEN DRY!

My feet have never felt warmer, the traction is awesome. I am disappointed with the quality, The neoprene seams are separating and moisture is working its way in. The boots are only two hunting seasons old. One season out of warranty. I am surprised there is not a repair kit available. The best Rocky is willing to do is offer me a discount code.

i absolutely love these boot they are the most comfortable pair i've ever owned and they are the only ones that i can find that have the zipper which makes it easier for me to get them on BUT i've had 3 pair and after the first few times wearing them it never fails they start to LEAK SO I HAVE TO SEND THEM BACK IT'S SUCH A SHAME I CAN'T FIND ANOTHER ZIPPER BOOT THIS COMFORTABLE

The second time I wore these one of the zippers came unglued from the boot. The next time I wore them I was ice fishing and one of them leaked.

I was reluctant to try them on at 1st other rubber boots in similar styles I found to be uncomfortable and slappy on your feet or tight in the calf and not flexible enough for hiking to my hunting area. When I tried them on I was surprised to feel the fit and support and level of comfort in these boots With the zip-up in adjustable sides I was able to tuck my pants into them Without bunching or balling up or having uncomfortable rubbing on my calf's. The top is soft and flexible for plenty of movement and the bottom is rugged and supportive enough for a rugged terrains but still comfortable. Just with trying them on I was sold. The 1200 g thinsulate is a big part of what I need because I do a lot of hunting and ice fishing in sub 0 weather I also need waterproof boots because wet feet is never nice Especially in the cold nothing will ruin your day faster. After I brought the boots home from the store I went for a short hike it was about 9ﾟF I went to the Creek to test them out I broke through the ice and stood in about 13" of water for about 20 minutes and my feet stayed warm and dry. So far me and my feet are very happy with these boots. I have already recommended them to a couple of my friend. Just for reference point if buying online mine ran one size larger So I got one size smaller than what I normally wear fits perfect.

I bought these for my grandson to use when he washes his animals and for hunting. He tells me they are awesome!!

The boots are very warm and lightweight! The side zipper allows easy on and off of the boots.The zipper feature allows you to tuck pants inside boots without getting all bunched up!

I purchased these boots from the Rocky website. When they arrived, there was 2 things I was skeptical of. First was the side zipper. I thought that it wouldn't really be water proof. Second was how they initially fit. The rubber that goes around my ankle was kind of tight. It was kind of annoying. But, I've always had good luck with Rocky boots so I kept them. Wore them out hunting last weekend and was not disappointed. Walked through some really deep nasty mud and water and my feet were dry. The rubber loosened up around my ankle and the fit is very comfortable now. These are great boots and I'm glad I kept them. These boots are a replacement boot for a pair that I've owned for 21 years .... hopefully these will last just as long.

I bought these as a Christmas present for my son. He loved them. He said they’re warm and great fit . These were replacing an old pair of Rocky’s he’d had for a few years. Very durable brand of boots

The size seems to be dead on the money, and the comfort is quite surprising. These are new still, but I think they will prove to be comfortable on pretty long treks in the field. How well they hold up and wear, only time will tell.
