Milk thistle loving it

I love milk thistle I have CML leukemia and I have been taking milk thistle for over 10 years and my liver and my kidneys are great even when I'm taking chemo the milk thistle has helped keep my liver from dying from the chemo I take two milk thistle in the morning until milk thistle at night I have not had any problems The taste isn't great but as long as you drink enough water you don't get the taste at all

If you're not using this herb, you should.

Dr, Richard Becker spotlighted this herb on his program today. The points he made may not pass muster with the rules on this site, so I urge you to look into it. As for me, I, thankfully, do not have the dread disease he was discussing but I already knew many of its benefits as it has been a mainstay in my supplement regimen for decades. I don't mind saying that I'm in my eighties and some say I look 50 Ish. I'm not boasting just pointing out that how you treat your body makes a big difference in how you age. The liver needs milk thistle to help it function well. Don't abuse your liver.

Milk Thistle for deal with the stomach issues.

When I lost my gallbladder the pain didn't change. I read a lot of things to do and taking Milk Thistle was one of the suggestions. Whether or not it is this product, I have been taking it for years. The pain left so I continue to use this product. I will continue to use it and it is a good price also.

Works !

I was exposed to hepatitis in my 20's and was told to take milk thistle which brought down my lab liver enzymes to normal, now 60 my new physician did further testing and said to stop it as I didn't need it. 6 mos later my liver enzymes were elevating some nothing to worry about however I know milk thistle works and sorry doc but I'm back on and most likely will continue this great healing herb. Sometimes we have to be active in our own health.

Keep your Liver safe from toxins!

Milk Thistle is my "go to" for support for my liver due to medication I have to take for migraine prevention. Unfortunately it's known to have bad effects on the liver. I started taking Milk Thistle as soon as the Neurologist told me of the side effects. All of my Liver tests have come back normal for 10 years since breaking my neck, which causes my migraines.
