reorder often

I always read all I can about a vitamin, an herb or a product first, next, I look for it at Swanson, and I'm always glad to find it at a very good price, quantity, convenience and I order it, never fails. Blue Vervain is one of the ones I have reordered again and again.

I absolutely Love Blue vervain. I take one capsule a day, and it helps to improve my energy levels, and I get better quality sleep. I also feel less anxious, and just "Better" in general. I HIGHLY recommend this, and have now started sharing these with my friend. She raves about them as well, and has started ordering them herself. Honestly, I'm 23, and I don't "recommend" things often... but these, I certainly do recommend.
