  • A: The top section connects to the bottom section using 4 cylindrical pins (part K, size: Ø10*90mm). You’ll insert these pins into the pre-drilled holes on the upright posts of the top frame, then align and fit them into the corresponding slots on the bottom frame. This pin-and-slot fitting ensures the top and bottom sections are securely positioned together

The bed is very sturdy and would probably be fantastic quality if some of the pieces weren’t damaged in transit, a couple pieces including a piece that was solid wood arrived cracked, one being completely unusable. There is a warranty which is great, we’re in the process of trying to get the pieces replaced so will update if it all works out! Aside from that though the bed looks great, I do think I missed the fact that the bottom mattress just sits on the floor, I thought maybe there would be slats or something that held the mattress up so I may add a box spring or something myself so that moisture doesn’t get trapped under the mattress!
