Q: Good morning, will you please tell me how the frame is under the cushions? Is it metal with straps to hold up the cushions? Is it a tarp upon which the cushions rest? A picture would be great.

  • A: Thank you for your inquiry. The frame under the cushions consists of a sturdy, criss-cross metal framework. This is covered by the hand-woven PE rattan that is same as used on the sides of the sofa, providing a solid and supportive base for the cushions to rest on. There are no fabric straps or a tarp involved in this design.

I never leave reviews but I have to for this…. Save yourself a lot of time, and your sanity, and DO NOT PURCHASE this or anything from this company. This sectional comes in 5 boxes, but we only received 4 containing the sectional. The 5th box we received was for a random tool bench that we did not order. But because Target put the sectional label on it, they’re saying we received all of our order. I’ve spent the last 4 days trying to communicate with someone from the manufacturer because Target won’t help. And the communication barrier with the manufacturer is next to impossible to navigate. I’m so disappointed and frustrated. I spent over a thousand dollars on this sectional and yet I still don’t have all of it.
