Stunning desk, but easily scratched

This desk is GORGEOUS. My only complaint is that the material that makes up the desk is very soft, so it’s easily scratched. My husband put it together for me and didn’t seem to have too much trouble, so as long as you’re careful it’s a really beautiful desk!

Scuff city.

This desk scuffs if you even look at it sideways. Accidentally move phone across desk? Scuff. Scoooooch a can on it? Would you look at that, scuff. If you have animals be prepared for it to magnetize the hair. Honestly I don't know what they coated the white desk in but I'm almost impressed at the ability for it to leave a mark. Almost.

Okay - Be prepared to clean OFTEN

I love the look of the desk and the sturdiness of the frame but the desk top scuffs, chips, and stains VERY easily. Even minor things like moving my laptop scuff the top. It is easily cleaned with a magic eraser. My OCD has me cleaning it daily. The picture attached is how the dye transferred from a sweatshirt to this desk - this took three days to fully remove.

Ordered the grey color. So disappointed. Looks like zebra stripes and has a splintery texture. The stain is so ugly, it’s like they took the walnut color and brushed it with a blue grey stain which is in the grain. It’s more blue then grey. It’s a blue and brown stripped desk...so if that’s your style then def purchase it!
