Love this mouthwash. The mint flavor isn’t super harsh, more like natural mint without burning. My dentist recommended this brand to me because my gums bleed sometimes and after a few weeks it has improved. I definitely recommend this product!

If you really want healthy gums or a clean mouth, don’t rely on this mouthwash. It won’t get the job done. I found this product to be completely useless. It does not protect your gums nor does it kill any bacteria. This actually made my condition worse. I switched from this to Parodontax Active Gum Health, and now I can see the difference. My mouth is much healthier since the switch!

I wanted to ensure i was providing the most accurate feedback by testing the Therabreath Healthy Gums Oral Rinse for a year. I used to have many issues regarding my gums as they would bleed occasionally. I had previously tried other products that would burn and i would not see any improvement. Within the first 3-6 months of consistently using this product ive noticed a drastic positive change in my gum health, my gums became less red and the bleeding and puffiness reduced. Now, at a year my gums and teeth feel amazing, i dont ever feel grimy, this product works! Ive paired this mouthwash with sensodyne and therabreath fresh breath toothpaste (alternate as i feel between the toothpastes), this mouthwash is exactly the remedy i needed to get my teeth and gums back in shape. Dentist office visits are now normal and have been a positive experience.

I used to work at a manufacturing plant in Chino Hills that made this stuff and I'll NEVER PUT THIS IN MY MOUTH AGAIN. Had it under my sink with some other stuff that company made and threw EVERYTHING out. Place almost let Klebsiella ocytoca hit market in Trader Joes Lemon handsoap

I have been carrying for my teeth 49 years. Went to have annual cleaning. I have 2x and 8x mirrors in bathroom so I know my teeth. After using CPC Therabreath 22 days, I have horrific yellow/brown staining around half my teeth's gum lines. Very very upset to learn this was expected...says in tiny print on the bottle this may occur. Not ok.

This is an amazing mouthwash. It has a really mild mint flavor so it doesn’t burn like a lot of other gum health rinses. I had a wisdom tooth that was coming in and lifting the gum that I couldn’t get taken out for a while, and this kept it from turning into a monster. I had a previous wisdom tooth that came in the same way and infected my entire jawline, resulting in the need for emergency removal. This kept everything okay until I could get the other removed. Great product that I will continue to use

The only mouthwash we ever found that our teenage son willingly used and preferred over all others. It helped stop his gums from bleeding after braces. I also prefer it to other brands that burn. This mouthwash does not burn or tingle or hurt. It leaves a very mild pleasant aftertaste. Highly recommend.

I've been using this mouthwash for about 2 weeks now and can say that's it's okay. At first, I was enjoying the mouthwash but I've started to notice extra sensitivity with my teeth as well as some staining. I initially thought it was maybe something I was doing (I oil pull as well) but adding this mouthwash to my routine is the only thing I've changed recently. I had high hopes for this but am bummed that it's not working out so I'm going to stop using it. Just a beware to others that might be experiencing side effects and wonder if it's this product.
