Lands' End Women's Cotton Tank Top

Quality is horrible Sizing us soooo off And on addition I can’t return!

I bought this tank in 3 colours and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the fabric. So soft and well made. They do run large.

Oh my gosh, I cannot remember the last time I had a white tank top I could wear as a tank top. I cannot see through it. It actually feels like fabric. (Seriously, everything else is garbage you have to wear two or three at a time to not see through.) Also, it's long enough I don't have to tug on it all day to cover my belt. Buying more immediately.

I have purchased these for years: I live in them at home in the summer. But the armholes have gotten inches larger than they used to be in large sizes: so if you're sizing up because you have a bust and don't want to be poured into your tops, the armholes are now too large and you have to alter them.

The material is nice but sizing is way off. I am 6ft and ordered a small, it fits like a medium or large. I do like the extra length but never thought I would have to go for the extra small.

Excellent construction and quality. Nice long tail (tall medium). Dry nicely twice without shrinking. Test will come with repeated washing if they hold shape. Straps are nice and wide. Don’t have trouble with bra straps

Item shrinks quite a lot. I ordered a size tall to hopefully compensate for shrinkage, but it’s still short in length.

I have been looking for a comfortable cotton top. Love the feel, color and style. Very happy with my purchase!

Soft fabric, great fit

Looks great on, not too clingy, and the arm holes are just right. The white with green stripe looks great with my green shorts, and also with khaki. The pure cotton is fantastic and Lands End has maintained this tradition to their credit, while even designer tops I've looked at are now blends and honestly its cheap looking for a high price. Thanks Lands End.

I have bought a whole series of this tank top in a number of solid colors. The design and color of the print is great. I am sure to enjoy it throughout the year

True to size fit and barely see-through. Good quality material.

Super thin fabric and see thru for the light yellow. It used to be my favorite LE colors. Quality is decreasing from prior years. How disappointing, will not order again. Sizing is consistent though. Small fits- 5'5, petite thin

It’s a lovely shirt but not what I expected. I’ve been buying cotton tanks here for years that I LOVE but now it’s thinner and stretchy, which is not what I’m looking for. I hope you go back to the old ones! I won’t be buying more of these.

I ordered a tall. It’s great length and shape. The arm holes aren’t too long like some!

Runs VERY large. The fabric is nice and the print is lovely, but it looks like a tent. The photo of the model made it appear like it had a body-skimming fit, but it is just boxy and shapeless.

runs large i am a small but this is more like a large. becareful of your size to bad at this rate i would need an xs

Received today, disappointed in material.

The Breton Green is the same dark green as pictured but the white stripes are actually beigey-cream or darker than off-white. I was a bit disappointed, because I can't wear it with a white cardigan to be tone-on-tone, but it's ok. However a few things: 1. It is overly soft, like saccharine-soft. I only wear cotton and this is the first time I've encountered this. It feels "creepy" on my hands, as if the yarn had been treated with too much fabric softener. 2. Because of that, it feels overly warm. This is definitely NOT for summer (or our California hot days). It's a winter or cool weather top, to be worn with layers and a scarf. 3. The dreadful PRINTED tag, GAH!!! The print is plasticky and this botheres me! PLEASE: let me CUT OFF the NORMAL tag and be done with it. For these reasons, I won't buy a 2nd one, sadly. However: 4. XL has no armpits gap and the length is good (hits top of hips). 5. I'm an extreme hourglass (38H, smaller waist) and this is BOXY as I like it, does not reveal my weird shape AND does not make me look fat! (Vertical stripes cause that effect, horizontal ones stack us up and create the illusion of height or make one look taller.) 6. No odors and once on, the cotton is no longer creepy, but it's way too warm for warm weather, let alone hot. 7. It's very thick cotton, high quality (but pity about the printed tag ruining the entire garment, UGH!) Please bring this back sans cotton treatment (cotton is naturally soft, shouldn't have added chemicals to saccharine-soften it!) and ENOUGH of the added BPA-plastic faux-tags at back: I can't remove this, therefore I will rarely wear this, sadly, which means it will last forever, which means Land's End won't sell as many as if you'd let ME remove the annoying tag. My advice? Buy only 1 and then see how you like it.
