Much brighter than stock
But that means a lower difference between high and low beam - there is some, but noticeably less than with the old bulbs. It does say DOT approved though so it is probably not that much of a problem. Maybe on old ones the low beam was just weak from old age? NGL it was super dim, weaker than my 1800 lumen flashlight.

Not worth the price: same quality as the cheaper bulbs
These lamps are very expensive for the quality. The color is a warm white, not the cool white that one would expect from a halogen bulb, let alone one that promises a "whiter" light. The low beams also have dark patches as they spread the light unevenly compared to the bulbs that were previously installed. And yes, the headlights are new, so the yellow and dark patches are not due to the lens covers being oxidized.

Only purchase if your positive there will be no return.
My order was easy to place but it has been very difficult to get a response after it was returned. I will only use this site again if I am sure my company is ordering the correct items. Great Delivery, Great Call Tag for return, Very unreasonable length of time for credit to be issued.

Great Bulb Replacement
Getting older means you need more light on those dark roads. I replaced the OEM bulbs on my 2015 Ford F-250 with these Ultra bulbs. The are much brighter and I can see again at night. Great bulb!

2021 F250 Superduty.
2021 F250 Superduties that don't have LED headlamps have (4) H13 bulbs, I had used the Silverstar Ultras in my Toyota Tundra and they worked awesome. Wide flat WHITE light pattern. I swapped out all (4) bulbs without hesitation looking for the same WHITE brighter light. Not much better than the OE bulbs the truck came with. Not the big improvement they claim. And more disappointing was the yellow dull light they throw even with (4) bulbs.

Beware of the failed low beam after 7-8 months
I bought a two-pack of these bulbs when I realized my then-current headlights had dimmed after several years of use. So I researched the available bulbs and decided this was possibly the best one available. So I purchased and installed them in October 2020 and was incredibly pleased with the clarity and distance I could see at night. I even enjoyed that oncoming drivers assumed that I was driving with the high-beams on until I showed them otherwise. However, in May 2021, the drivers side low-beam went out. Dismayed it went out, but understanding that an occasional bad bulb gets through QC, I bought a single replacement. A month later, June 2021, the passenger low-beam has gone out. Both lasting less than 9 months before needing replacement. I would NOT recommend this bulb for anyone who doesn't want to replace them on a biannual basis. I've bought many Sylvania products over the years, and this is the first time when I feel like the products haven't met their usual standards and wonder if they've given up on customer satisfaction over corporate profit.

Worked perfectly
I live in the city and I'm always afraid of driving in areas that don't have streetlights. These bulbs changed that for me. They provide great illumination to the road, which removes some of the fear and anxiety that I experience. So far, so good I'd recommend these Sylvania SYLVANIA H13 SilverStar ULTRA Bulbs.

These lights work great
I got these head lights about a week ago because the ones on my car were very dim and didn't light up the road very well at all. Since I put these bulbs in I can see the road alot better. Also the light is a very bright white color and extends further down the road than my old ones. The light also extends outwards and let's me see more of the sides of the road. These bulbs work so good, I definitely recommend this product to anyone wanting better, brighter headlights.

I got this H 13 Silver Star Ultra Bulb by sylvania a few weeks ago and after putting this in my HHR, I can finally see down the road and not just right in front of me. These lights make it a pleasure to drive at night instead of dreadful trip.

Sylvania is always my go to brand for headlights. They are reliable and always work the way they say they do! These lights are bright and allow me to see the dips in the road and also any potholes! They are much brighter than the bulbs that were in my car before! Definitely recommend this brand!

As my eyes age I struggle to see at night so in my opinion the Sylvania Ultra headlight bulbs are a must-have. These are the second set I have installed on different vehicles. I will never go back to standard headlight bulbs again.

Lights up the road.
This is the light to use in the darkness to light your way home or to the store or to the movie theater or where ever else you want to go. It lights up the darkest nights to make it easy to see the deer in on the side of the road and avoid it. This light is awesome and I would highly recommend it if you need to see where you are going on dark roads.

This is an excellent bulb and absolutely great quality! This is the perfect bulb for my headlight for the area I live in. I am in a rural area with no street lights at night and this makes driving at night a whole new experience. The clarity is absolutely pristine and the perfect shade of white that is not too bright for the eyes and not too dull either. I can see very far ahead and crystal clear. I was able to spot a deer a good distance ahead of me that I would never have been able to see with my previous headlights. It was so easy to install that even I could do it on my own! Once you use this bulb you will never want to use any other. I recommend this bulb for everyone's headlights especially if you live in a rural area without street lights.
