I had to order and return twice because the size is so strange. The shoe looks great, but that's where my positive comments end. I am somewhere between a 12 and 13 and can usually fit both pretty comfortably, but I landed on a 12W for the first time in my life... not really a complaint, just an observation. The fit was finally mostly correct, but because the shoe is INCREDIBLY UNCOMFORTABLE I had to put an insole inside and now I fill every millimeter of space inside. Not comfortable. I would just return them, but I don't know if I can... They're already falling apart and I've only had them for about 2 months. I wear them to work 2-3 times per week and my job requires almost zero activity other than walking back and forth to a printer. Worst shoes I've ever bought tbh.

Bought the 9 wide for my husband as he has flat feet. He has worn 9W for decades, and these are not wide. The hole isn't even big enough to get his foot in the shoe. The wide shoe is NOT wide. We will be returning them.
