Don't have a fabric tape measure? Use a shoelace or pant leg to measure. Then, lay it flat & use a ruler or tape measure to get a numerical measurement.

    With arms at your sides, measure around the fullest part of your chest & shoulder blades, keeping the tape level & snug.

  • Waist

    Bend slightly to one side. The crease is where your natural waistline is. Measure a comfortable loose, level line around that point.

  • Inseam

    Take a pair of pants that fit well. Now measure along the seam from the crotch to the leg opening.

    Even though these are for men I wear these myself. I’m a size 16/18 or 22-24 depending on the material. So in these I got a size large. I did get the XL as well but they are too big. Since I work from home I need something comfortable. They have a little stretch. Love these joggers!

    Really comfortable. I'm 6'3" and waist size usually a 34, I ordered a medium tall and they fit nicely, length goes to top of foot, which I like (I feel most joggers are too short for my liking). I decided to buy a new pair, at the same size as the original pair - large. I bought them on the Target app, and the new pair was shipped to my home. The fabric was noticeably heavier. So much so that they would almost fall off. The fabric is comfortable, just much heavier than before.
