The sturdy side mesh pockets hold a full-size water bottle and the convenient front loops are ideal for clipping a lunchbox or keys to free-up space inside. My daughter loved this bag and it did a great job until the zipper broke on the back compartment. Now the bag is unusable. Others have stated the same thing happened to them. This must be a design flaw of the bag. The zipper first broke one direction, now it won’t work in either direction. Really disappointed as I was hoping for a good quality bag that would last a few years.

It’s already coming unstitched and falling apart 😔 my kinder kiddo has been using it since September and is very careful with her belongings. I’ve had Walmart backpacks last longer and for way cheaper.

Love this excellent quality backpack. It's the perfect size for my petite kindergartener. Furthermore, the interior has space for a full size folder and lunch box. And the fabric and it's bright colors have held up well to repeat washings. My only complaint is that the size of its exterior pocket, which I like to use to pack convenient school snacks, is very small and shallow. One cannot zip it shut with a lot of standard size Tupperware inside or multiple snacks. I wish the manufacturer would increase the pocket size to match the size of it's larger backpacks.

My grandson requested this backpack due to the camo print. Because I had previously given him a LE backpack ( which is still in great shape) I knew the quality would be worth the price. He loves it and is very cool in kindergarten.

My granddaughter, was so excited to tell me that she was getting a new backpack this year. She told me it was in their Lands End catalog. We looked it up online and it was on sale and that day was the last for the sale. Anyway I told her if she would help me with a couple things I would order it, along with the matching lunch box and pencil case. It was such a good sale that we had to order something else to get free shopping and she picked out a pretty top. It made my day to get something special for her, thanks.

This backpack is fine. I like the color, I like the curved straps. I like the size won't be overwhelming my son. But it's just a backpack. Not even a super high quality back pack. Padding on the pack is pretty thin. So the zippers are a weird angles but I think that might be okay when the backpack loosens up for use. It's fine, functional. I would never buy this not on significant sale. I'm pretty sure no one I bought a couple years ago was a lot sturdier possibly more padded.

This is the type of backpack I would expect to get for free at a conference or camp giveaway. I just received it, but can already tell the zippers will break, the water bottle holder will rip and it will not be comfortable. I was expecting a basic, quality backpack - nothing extraordinary. But even at the 40% discount, this bag is not worth it. I will be returning immediately.

I am a student myself saying that this thing is absolutely worth the price for its quality. It’s my only backpack that hasn’t had a zipper jammed or broken or a broken cup holder. The quality and looks of this thing are amazing, and I am totally gonna get the evergreen version of this for my upcoming 6th grade year (I just graduated elementary school literally today as I’m writing this). I totally recommend this product.

Required by school. This was the 3rd backpack I ordered my child and each one, after less than a week, the zipper head(s) disconnected from the zipper rendering it useless. The fabric of the pack itself seems durable but the zippers are poorly manufactured and the pack is only as good as the zipper. These zippers are cheap garbage.
