My son like the middle strap that connected the 2 shoulder straps so we purchased this backpack. That broke within the first month of school. The nylon tab connected to the main zipper is all frayed. Where the backpack meets the zipper it continues to fray on the inside and get stuck in the zipper.

So disappointed in this backpack. Within a month it was fraying at the worst spot—around the zipper. Countless times they became stuck in the zipper (despite cutting them anytime I saw them) and my daughter’s materials were stuck inside.

Every year I buy a new cat & Jack backpack for my child and they last all year, except for this one. The chest snap broke after 2 months use. He still uses the backpack. Horrible Quality
Bought the leopard backpack and my child started school at the beginning of August and by September 24th it is fraying everywhere and there’s already a hole in the water bottle pocket. This is my 3rd year purchasing a cat and jack backpack and this quality is the absolute worst!
