This pillow felt amazing when I tried it in the store so I took it home. After laying on it for longer than a few minutes it felt hard. Like I had sunk to a thin brick that was in the middle of the pillow. The first 3 nights I used it I had the most horrific headaches in the morning. It has zero ergonomic design to it and zero neck support. The cooling doesn’t last long. After a bit the whole pillow adapts to your body temp so flipping it for a cool side doesn’t even work. Probably the most expensive pillow I’ve purchased and the biggest let down.

Purchased this pillow a few weeks ago, and I have been using it ever since. I've been sleeping like a baby. If conforms to my body, it keeps cool. Overall my sleep quality improved. Now I know what it means "head on a cloud"
