Don't have a fabric tape measure? Use a shoelace or pant leg to measure. Then, lay it flat & use a ruler or tape measure to get a numerical measurement.

  • Chest

    With arms at your sides, measure around the fullest part of your chest & shoulder blades, keeping the tape level & snug.

  • Waist

    Bend slightly to one side. The crease is where your natural waistline is. Measure a comfortable loose, level line around that point.

  • Inseam

    Take a pair of pants that fit well. Now measure along the seam from the crotch to the leg opening.

Geat for workouts in cool weather

This item is very comfortable. Very soft and stretchy. The sleeves are a good length (not short like others). It is true to size. I am 5’8, 160 lbs and got the medium. Fits perfect! I am 5-7 and wear L TO XL. This is a L top. Well fitted top could have used XL but depends on the fit your looking for. Material is a little thin for my taste but very snug and comfortable. Color is rich and very could for fall. Could be worne with jeans or any type pants or athletic bottoms. Not a fan of quarter zip but feels good. Good length and sleeves are well fitted. Nice top overall I received an incentive to write this review.
