Zippers Don't Work Correctly

Ordered two, the zipper in both are extremely hard to get up and down. One of them won't even unzip fully. The material is doesn't feel like a true terry.

Not Exactly as Pictured

The robe runs wide and much shorter than shown on the model. I am only an average height, yet the length of the hem and sleeves are so short! The pockets are huge and do not lay flat. They hang open and won't lay flat.

This item gets two stars for being the style I wanted, meaning zip front and 3/4 length sleeves. However, the material was gross. It was flat and kind of shiny. Too bad. I liked the design, but the material was awful.
