Using Fedex for delivery is always a wrong decision. Don not expect any purchases if delivered by Fedex. Cannot contact delivery ground directly, using outsorced in different country. You will never get anywhere.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this pool! The pattern on the side is so much cuter than anything else we’ve seen. Easy to assemble and live the sunshade. We don’t have trees so it’s nice to lay in a raft under the shade. My husband upgraded the pool filter because we had one already but I’m sure the other one would have been just fine too.

Products has a leak never was able to use it properly.

Pump went out after one day. Not able to return or email about a problem since it had been 30 days.

So easy to set up with a couple helpers took me 30 min with a level ground. I am happy I made this purchase.

It’s a lovely pool, but it’s leaking from a seam straight out of the package and doesn’t seem to be fixable…hasn’t even been used. Concrete slab was pressure washed and new foam pad was placed for it to rest on. My kids are very disappointed and we’re past the return window since I bought it last winter for this spring/summer.

I was afraid of having issues with the liner, but it actually seems really durable. We've noticed no holes so far. It is large enough for our family. I am looking forward to summer days in the pool!

The assembly will not take very long and the directions are easy to follow. The fact that this is the max version of this pool is what I am the most excited about. It is built to last with thicker pieces that will last for years while adding even more stability to the sides. Can’t wait for summer when we can be in it every day!

The canopy will allow me to be in the pool but have shade. It comes with everything needed, ladder, filter system, and patch kit. I'm so excited to use this pool.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family is going to get so much enjoyment out of the Bestway Steel Pro Max pool this summer! We live in the high desert, so it gets quite hot and dry a lot of the year, which is why I absolutely love that this pool is made with UV resistant materials and comes with a removable shade canopy. 13' round is a perfect size to be able to splash around or float on a pool floatie to beat the heat. It was very straightforward to assemble, and although the package said it would require 2-3 people, my husband was able to set it up mostly on his own in just over an hour since we prepped and leveled the area before setting up the pool. It does take 2 people to attatch the canopy or put on the cover. Took about 5.5 hours to fill with the hose. I love that it came complete with everything you need, including a filter with a timer, ladder, shade canopy, and a cover. Instructions were thorough and easy to follow. My only complaint is that the tubes that lead to the filter are rather flimsy and leaked right out of the package. We were able to use some hose clamps that we happened to have and stop the leakage, but it seems strange that all the other materials are such high quality and durable and then the filter hoses are so flimsy. We did also purchase a tarp and felt liner to use under the pool just to extend longevity. Overall I'd say it is a fantastic value for the cost even if you needed to replace the hoses, and a great way to get everything you need in one package to be able to quickly set up and enjoy all summer long and for at least a few seasons with proper maintenanceand storage.
