Q: How long does it keep charged? I charged it over night, the light went from red to green and then red again. I tried using it and it’s dead, charging it for the second time without even using it.

I highly suggest spending a little more, to get something better. Used it 5 times, and haven’t once been satisfied with the results. Have to move it very slowly to suck up the debris on the bottom of the pool. Even then, it only cleans up a portion of it. Not sure if the product I received wasn’t designed correctly or what, but the piece that attaches to the vacuum to hold the head in place, is garbage. It doesn’t securely connect. Occasionally it comes off, spilling all of the dirt and debris into the pool water. The suction isn’t strong enough whatsoever. Very disappointed in this pool vac. Returning today.

Died after 3 months of use. Was using it every day. charging when needed. Now it doesn't light up when plugged in and will not charge.

We have a decent pump but it never seems to quite get all the sand out of the spaces and curves of the hot tub. This has a great telescopic reach with an angled head with a brush to kick up the debris and good suction to get it all out. The charge is more than enough to clean the space but it needs to be charged between uses. If left off the charger after being used for a bit, it won’t be charged after a few days. All in all, it’s exactly what we needed!

This handheld pool vacuum has quite a bit of suction to it. It didn’t take long to charge, which was welcomed since most gadgets take a while for complete charging. Assembly also was very easy to do. Since it is winter time, I was only able to reach the shallow end of our pool but when the weather improves, I hope to be able to tackle the rest. The length is sufficient and I could get around corners easily. I will update with a video when our weather improves.

It’s captures the floating items and collects it. I don’t have to drag a hose or anything. It comes with two different brush heads and holds the charge for at least a few uses.

Was able to use for 4 months and it the battery quit charging. Intex doesn't take into consideration in ND we only get to use our pools for 3 months so I was able to use one month in 2021 and then 3 months and 2022 but because it was purchased over a year ago they did nothing about it. Very disappointing

Bought this little gem 2 seasons ago and it works fantastic, great, just remember you have to stop and clean out the filter a lot and I mean a lot. That is the only drawback, but just take your time and do it and it work's fantastic
