Q: Item is fully charged, light is green, but no suction at all. It doesn't turn on even with the green power light on. What can I do to get it to work?

A: I'm so sorry that your pump isn't working properly. There's a couple of possible reasons why this may be happening: 1. Check to see if there's dirty water in the cartridge filter. If there is, it needs to be cleaned or replaced. 2. The filtration inlet and/or outlet may be clogged. Check and clean both the filtration inlet and outlet. 3. If your pump still isn't working after trying the steps above, your pump motor may have failed. Please reach back out to us so we can continue to help you.

Works good but not for big pools
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try this products out in our pool and it works good but it takes a while to get the whole pool done. It is convenient to get in tight spaces since it’s like a dust buster for your pool/spa. It would work better for smaller pools or spas, but at this pricing it’s worth the try instead of spending hundreds of dollars on one of the big expensive pool vacuums.
