this is the first vasagle/songmics furniture piece i had issues with. one piece the screw and dowel holes(4 total) were way too small. had to borrow a drill bit for the dowel ones bc my largest bit was too small and then after weeks i get the rest of it together and then VERY last step is to screw the 'feet' on(4 total) - 1 is totally warped and will not screw in, it gets stuck after one turn and after pulling out the foot insert it is the metal warped and not fixable. i went to 'report' in hopes they can just sent me the 1 inch foot replacement piece and no, the only option is to return?! i put so much effort into putting it together, threw out the packaging thinking the drill holes would be the only issue & overall would like to keep/use it!!! please let me know if i can get sent that one part, i really enjoy my other vasagle pieces and was super bummed this one had so many issues and no way to contact customer service to resolve!

Great product but only received one item, was given the runaround for a week before issuing a refund… no offer of a coupon or discount code… just a delayed refund and quick have a nice day because they didn’t want to continue to deal with me. I had to reach out 3 times to get the refund.. wait two days (agent 1) nope wait 4 days and Monday is a holiday so now it’s 5 (agent 2) … not what I expected from Target. Very disappointed.

This is a cute shelf but circle head screws?????? How are you supposed to assemble with a normal screwdriver (like it tells you to, when it just spins and spins?
