Lands' End School Uniform Women's Plain Front Blend Chino Shorts - 18 - Black

The zipper is too short for me. Fits perfectly once it’s on but a struggle on and off. Not the Lands End shorts I once wore.

The material is way too stiff. I thought it would be a bit softer after washing. It wasn’t. It will be donated.

Great casual shorts for summer. Good fabric and like the elastic in the back. Good fit and comfortable!

I don't recall that the inseam length was listed in the description. These shorts are extremely long. They go to my knees, and I am 5'6", an averaged height woman.

Returned these shorts. Way oversized for a 2. Wish this style came in a petite

Not the chino shorts they used to sell, which fit me and I loved. The old ones were just better for me. These have more polyester, are less flattering, and just didn't fit me.

I desperately wanted (and needed!) to like these shorts, despite some warning reviews. I really tried! I've lost weight and needed to restock my shorts wardrobe. Where to start??? Fabric: just like my children's school uniform shorts from many, many years ago, stiff, scratchy, synthetic, UGH! And pockets right on hip seams that bulge, even though the shorts fit properly. After trying them on multiple times, they are being returned. Please, please, PLEASE, Lands' End, bring back the true chino (read:cotton) shorts from a past seasons, the ones with front zippers and "L" front pockets. There are still lots of women out here who want the traditional styling and fabric and who don't want elastic waisted pull-on shorts. You make them for men--why not for us? I still need new shorts, and at this point am crossing LE off my list of shopping options. Very disappointed!!!

Two years ago, I bought 2 pairs of these shorts and loved them. Ordered the same 2 pair this year and I am sooooooo disappointed! I bought the same size (14) and they are way too small. I laid them on top of of the ones I'd bought before and the fit is way smaller and hip area is much slimmer. And I mean at least a size smaller. I have not gained weight and the old pairs still fit, so at least I have those. But I am beyond disappointed in the current style and will never order these shorts again. I waited almost 3 weeks to get these and they are going back.

Good quality, style, and a great fit couldn't save this item from being returned. The fabric just wasn't breathable enough for the hot and humid climate of Florida..kind of a spongey feel as well. Am hoping the corporate fashion gods migrate this beautiful neutral Arctic Gray color over to the 10" pull on Chino bermuda short though..fingers crossed!

Too rough, rise is too low, only one back pocket, front pockets not deep enough, nice length though. I went with the men’s instead, they’re perfect.

I have a pair in every color - fit great, wear well, hold the volir pretty well

I bought my normal size and had to return it because it was way too small. I sent it back and ordered the next size up. This one fit well except around the waist where it is a good too inches too large.

It was too tight around the waist. Had to return it for not having enough room in that area. If it was a size 16 as labeled it runs too small

I returned the pants because did not like the shape n fit. I prefer the pleated one
