I didn’t notice any real plumping effect which was disappointing because I was looking forward to a little extra oomph. But because the color was great and it didn’t dry out my lips, I really liked it. This went on smoothly and stayed in place. It was nice and thin so it applied beautifully and precisely.

These liners produce a nice plumping effect that isn't too extreme, which I prefer as I have very sensitive skin. I didn't find the tingling sensation extreme at all actually, which I would also prefer in a product like this. It goes on very soft and smooth and is extremely comfortable to wear. I was very surprised as to how much I like this product.
