I did feel a slight tingling after applying, which is expected with plumping formulas, but it wasn’t irritating at all. It adds a subtle plump that looks natural, and pairs perfectly with gloss or lipstick.

I chose the beautiful shade “Swollen Spice” and absolutely love how it looks. The dual tip makes application super easy and precise, and the cool, tingling sensation lasted about two hours, which I enjoyed. The color lasted all day without drying out my lips. In fact, my lips felt soft, smooth, and hydrated, which is a big win for my mid-forties lips. I’ve received so many compliments since wearing it. This has officially become my new favorite lip liner!

The NYX Duck Plump Plumping Lip Liner gives amazing definition, adds just the right amount of volume, and feels comfortable all day. I think my biggest issue is that I need makeup elements to be robust and outlasting between sipping drinks, eating, etc. I know the before and after pictures are accidentally zoomed differently, but I feel like I do see a little difference. But I’m not convinced on my lips it lasts for long and I’m usually carrying around lipstick or gloss and not the liner all day. I wanted it to be a little more lasting but maybe on a different person it’s more robust. I thought the color was great and matched what I expected. There was a slight tingle when applied that wore off eventually. It did not have any weird smell or taste. It was easy to apply. It was a lot of fun to play with.

I thought the concept would not work, but you really get a tingling sensation and your lips do look plumper after using this. The color is great and the formula is really long lasting. The price could not be better! I recommend!

The pigmentation wasn’t very good but it was a nice color. I probably would buy again simply for the value for your money. All in all, it was a pretty basic product with basic packaging.

It has a slight tingling sensation, and the result is subtle but noticeable, enhancing the natural lip shape and making them look more defined. I think it does its job well, but don’t expect a true plumping effect—at least, it didn’t give me that look. Maybe pairing it with a plumping gloss and applying strategically, like on the cupid’s bow, could create a fuller effect. It’s worth testing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product comes in a nice, slender pencil shape with a chisel tip, which is nice. Most liners come with a pointed tip, but this chisel edge glides on your lips easily. It only has a very mild sting when applied. It has a chapstick-like look and feel on the lips. The product broke when I first tried to apply it, so you can't expose much of the tip when you apply. I didn't see any positive plumping result using this product.

I am so impressed with the formula, packaging, and value for this lip liner! I keep it in my purse at all times for easy retouch! There isn’t much if a smell for this product which I really like and it’s so pigmented that a little swipe goes a long way! I would recommend this for anyone looking for a plumping lip liner because it gets the job done!!!
