Feels like a plumping gloss but in a liner!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This lip liner is very soft. It has the typical tingling that a plumping gloss has but it's semi matte. Its a fairly precise tip, but you could smudge if you rub it before it dries.

Phenomenal color and exceptional value!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This lip liner was phenomenal! The color is bright- but not garish- and lasts 3-5 hrs with full shine, 7 hrs with full color. You could apply a coat before a night out and leave home with just a wallet and phone! The only thing I would change is that it's a bit quick to melt; after about 3 weeks of use, I left it in my glove compartment during a 50-75 degree day, and it was melted the next day. So just watch out for that- but trust me, girls in the bar bathroom will ask you where you got your liner :)
