How To Use:
Using the precision-tip applicator, trace along the lip line in an even layer. Leave on for up to 10-15 minutes. After formula has set, use fingers to slowly peel the film tint off to unveil smudge-proof, long-wear lip color!
Step 1 - SET: Trace applicator along the lip line or all-over the lips. Let dry for 10-20 minutes.
Step 2 - PEEL: Gently peel off the film-tint to reveal your beautiful lip-stain color.

Lip stain went on very dry and had a messy applicator. It didn’t really leave much color either and was time consuming to wait 15 min and then try to peel off. Much less useful in compared to lipstick. I’m returning it.
