Product not packed like normal light fixtures to prevent movement in the box (fitted styrofoam) just crumpled paper around it. This is for a new build house so haven’t installed to determine if it is functional. Outside of box smashed, and could hear pieces making noise when picking up box. Determined to be the accessories that came in plastic bag. Was this a return that was never opened to inspect how it was returned? Laurel Chandelier also purchased was packed appropriately.
