Q: I read a comment where it mentioned MAC software not being able to work with the machine, I was wondering if they met transferring embroidery files from a USB from the MAC to the machine is achievable

  • A: That's true. The software that allows direct communication between the machine and your Mac is only PC compatible. However, you can use a flash drive to transfer designs that you have created or purchased. Their new software is compatible with iPhone and iPad but its free version is very limited in my opinion.
