Q: Is attaching hardware part of the assembly? Are the holes for the black hardware a standard size that other hardware will fit if I choose to replace it?

  • A: Hello, all the parts needed for assembly will be included in the package. I'm not entirely sure if the black hardware you mentioned is a handle. If it is, its corresponding hole diameter is Ø4×12mm. If it's not a handle, please describe it more clearly, or send a picture to alistair@vividvisionshop.com so I can better assist you. Finally, we don't recommend replacing the hardware arbitrarily, as it may not be compatible.

Broken

The desk arrived damaged. It wasn’t brought up to my house, the driver left it next to my garage door and was dragging it out of his truck. The box was very heavy which i understand but for something that is so expensive it should be better taken care of. I was very upset because when we opened the box and pulled out a couple of pieces i noticed that the top piece of the desk was broken straight in the middle not worth keeping and other pieces were also damaged. Now I have to return because of this.
