Broken

The headboard is pretty but the bottom frame is not sturdy. It moves a lot. The top bottom frame broke. My husband is great at putting furniture together so it wasn’t user error. I called the company and horrible costumer service. Left voicemails and never heard back. They did not get back to me and their voicemail says someone will return the call you n 24hours and nothing. I would not recommend this bed.

Fed Ex Ground Shipping is the WORST!

I ordered this bed for my son’s apartment. He seems satisfied with the looks of the bed (headboard is dark gray). My disappointment was in the shipping of the bed. I received an email confirming that it would arrive on Thursday. I thought that was great since we needed to move him in over the weekend. Thursday came and went with no bed. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday came and went with no bed. We ended up moving him in and he had to sleep on his mattress on the floor. I was very disappointed! It finally arrived on Monday afternoon. My husband and I scrambled to drive it to him 3 hours away so he could have a proper night’s rest. The bed was shipped via Fed Ex Ground shipping. They have horrible service and kept sending me emails saying that the bed would arrive when it clearly did not as the time in emails specified. And the box looked like it had been kicked around when it finally arrived. Also, it said it would only take 30 minutes to assemble the bed. It took over an hour! Target, please don’t use Fed Ex Ground shipping. They do not deliver promptly as promised!

White is more like milk white or light ivory. Very pretty. I assembled it myself without any issues. Nothing was missing and the holes matched up perfectly. I am waiting for a mattress to arrive. I can’t comment on how it will hold up but so far I am pleased.

Arrived undamaged, very well packed. This product has excellent directions and was easy to put together by myself. Every single part was labeled and construction took less than 1/2 hour. I purchased the blue bed-frame and love the color and fabric. I would highly recommend!
