My dog's toenail got caught in the expensive other comforter and ripped it completely open so we decided to find something nice but something we would not be upset if it did rip. This comforter does have a silky feel. I just throw an old sheet over it at night to keep it from being picked by the dog or lots of his hair getting on it. I wish it was about 8 inches more in width. My husband and I both at night pull to get more coverage. But it does cover us adequately but just no extra.

The two throw pillows are a bonus. One white with some texture and the other one has sequins. They are both gorgeous. I can’t wait to get a couple more in different colors. Quality is quiet nice and made well. The comforter is medium thickness, not to thin and not overly thick. It came with 1 sham and 2 cute little pillows. I'm not sure how long the metallic will stay on but so far it has held up nicely.
