Very disappointed with this tree. It looks nothing like the pictures in the listing, the pictures are ver misleading. The tree is not full at all — you can clearly see the center pole no matter how much you try to fluff the branches. The light bulbs are not replaceable, there is no foot pedal as advertised, and there is no plug for a star at the top of the tree. The tree also feels wobbly. This was a last-minute Christmas purchase, so it’s too late for an exchange or return. I really wish I had gone with a different tree. Would not recommend.

Never received item!

Ordered on December 2nd and it said it was available for 2 day delivery and was expected the 4th. Order shipped same day but the tracking number showed that the label was created but it sat for 10 days with no updates and still showed FedEx hadn’t even received the item yet. It wouldn’t let me cancel the order anymore since it showed as shipped so I had to go through a bunch of hoops to chat with Target costumer service. Thankfully they were super helpful and were able to cancel my order and refund me without needing the item delivered first!

HORRIBLE SERVICE CONSTANT SHIPPING DELAYS FROM THIS 3RD PARTY SELLER

This is a joke. I ordered this on Cyber Monday with a delivery of thursday that week. It is now the next week with an expected delivery of Tuesday yet the tree is still in IA as of Saturday and I live on the coast of NC. This is the last time I'm ordering online from Target. I don't want to order from a 3rd party customer for horrible service and constant delays this is a Christmas tree and it won't even let me cancel the order. Now I have to wait for it to get here and find a way to return it or have a Christmas tree a week before Christmas at this point. TOTAL JOKE.
