Poor Quality
Garvee really needs to focus more on quality control when working on their products. This dresser arrived poorly assembled and noticeably misaligned. Several pieces don’t line up properly, which makes the whole unit look crooked once it’s put together. On top of that, some of the hardware doesn’t even tighten properly. The screws just keep spinning and never fully secure the pieces. I had to go through and try to fix multiple spots myself just to make it somewhat stable. For something that’s supposed to be brand new, that’s pretty unacceptable. The drawers don’t sit evenly and the overall construction feels rushed and sloppy. When you buy furniture, you expect it to at least be properly aligned and securely assembled, that’s the bare minimum. Honestly, it feels like this product skipped any real quality inspection before being shipped out. Garvee should seriously reconsider their manufacturing and quality control process because customers shouldn’t have to troubleshoot and repair a brand-new piece of furniture right out of the box. Very disappointing experience overall.

I should’ve known when it came in and it was in a small box that there was gonna be a lot of pieces to assemble. I think there’s something like 38 steps and 1000 pieces or at least it seemed like 1000 pieces anyways My Husband and Daughter were able to put it together. It took them a while so if you don’t mind having a project then go for it. It’s also particleboard so keep that in mind.

Was delivered broken. The box was damaged on one end with A LOTTTT of shipping tape holding it closed. So either it was someone’s return that was sent to me without a quality check or rough handling during delivery. Now I am stuck managing the return of a huge heavy box back to Target with an injured shoulder.

Annouing and long assembly
Requires a lot more assembly than I anticipated. The holes to attach the drawer kit were not deep enough so I had to drill them again. Still had several hours of assembly left. I would have gladly paid more money to have some of the more annoying parts partially assembled.

Extremely time consuming to put this together. I put one piece incorrectly and didn’t realize until the end. Instructions are not clear enough and it es se Gau sting to assemble. It took me 5-10 hours to assemble.

Side panel is damaged in two areas. Hopefully it’s a one off and most are not like this. Decent instructions. Assembly took long, but went together well. I gave it one star because of the damaged side panel. No option to get a replacement panel.

This is a cute piece of furniture. Building instructions are readable and not terribly difficult to follow. However, it takes quite a bit of time to assemble. Our set arrived missing two of the drawer tracks, so we had to buy more from the hardware store to finish assembly. I'm concerned that this chest of drawers is not going to last very long. But, It's still super cute and functional.

I bought this at 50% off, so for that price the product is decent. I would not pay full price for this at all. It is a little on the short side. For taller parents, will need to add some furniture risers. With that said, overall it’s a decent piece of furniture and will serve its purpose. I was just expecting a little better quality due to the price.
