Wrong box right item??

I ordered this item twice. Both times the box that arrived said it was a flocked tree. I did not order a flocked tree so I took it back and reordered, I never opened the first box because why would I? The second time the box came very torn up obiviously retapped multiple times. It also said it was a flocked tree. I called the company and they made me open the box, take pics, assemble the tree, take pics and send them everything. When I opened the box, the tree inside was not flocked. It was the tree I wanted but had definetly been used or opened multiple times. I sent the company which is a thrid party to Target everything they wanted and all they said was they were sorry and would send me a return label. I was so unhappy I just took it back to Target and called it quits.

Completely different tree and brand delivered. Someone who orders a green tree, definitely does not want a flocked tree. The seller would not send the correct tree in its place, so we had to return it.
