I used this to make

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this to make baked beans. It came out well (I used less than the recipe called for), and the beans were not too sweet. I did not taste the "fake sugar" aftertaste that I usually detect. I could detect it tasting the raw product. As with the "golden" sweetener, the taste was more caramel than molasses that drown sugar has in spades.
