Plugging it into an outlet is mainly for powering the massage function. When plugged in, you can enjoy the heating and massage functions. If not plugged in, the heating and massage functions will not be available, but you can still recline, rock, and rotate the sofa. Have a nice day!

    No massage feature

    Chairs are comfortable and love that it reclines back. Purchased because it says it’s a massage chair - it doesn’t massage at all. It vibrates and pulses but doesn’t massage. Just wanted everyone to know in case anyone is wanting a massage chair specifically. But for the price and comfort it’s great! The heating part does work, it gets warm!

    Piece of junk

    The chair doesn't stay reclined nor the footrest stay up, the "massage" doesn't work at all, and it is pretty small for how heavy it is.

    My vibrator has more power

    My vibrator has more power than this chair. It doesn’t massage, it vibrates but that’s it. it’s no massage chair. Not very comfy. Not what I thought I was getting.
