I’ve cooked eggs, pancakes, and even cheese without anything sticking. Cleanup is a breeze—just a quick wipe or rinse does the job. Lightweight & Easy to Handle – Unlike heavier cast iron or stainless steel pans, this set is lightweight, making it easy to maneuver while cooking. Even Heating – The aluminum construction ensures even heat distribution, reducing hot spots that can burn food. Oven & Dishwasher Safe Cons: Handles Can Get Warm – The stainless steel handles can get hot during stovetop cooking, so using a potholder is sometimes necessary. Durability Concerns – While the nonstick surface is great initially, I’ve noticed some minor wear over time. To extend its life, it’s best to use wooden or silicone utensils instead of metal. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish that I would review each piece individually because the small pot and the sauté pan are great but the frying pan I just keep having issues with things sticking even while following the instructions to use with medium to low heat and not using any oils. I still have recommended these pans to friends in spite of the frying pan issues I’ve had. Love them!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve been using the Gotham Steel CreamCeramic Nonstick pots and pans for a weeks now and they have worked awesome! The look and feel of the cookware is sleek and high quality. The cleanup is amazing - everything washes off effortlessly. Cooking eggs is so much easier because no cooking spray is needed. I wish we had been using Gotham Steel cookware before now, but we’re a happy customer moving forward and can’t recommend their pots and pans set enough.

I have thrown out all my old pots and pans with teflon and opted for only stainless steel and ceramic pots and pans moving forward. I had no idea how toxic teflon was before especially with coating coming off them. I tried cooking with stainless steel but very difficult. Food sticks a lot, eggs are impossible to cook and they stain very easily and never look clean. Ceramic is the way to go. Not only a much healthier option than other non stick ones but super easy to clean and a pleasure to cook with. These are truly exceptional. I have several Le Creuset ones but they are so heavy and scratch. These are lightweight and perform the same if not better. The true test for me is frying an egg over easy and with this pan it was a breeze. They are dishwasher safe , oven safe up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, metal utensils safe and have a cool touch handle. Did I mention they have a 10 year warranty! Healthy cooking at a low price. It’s a must buy in my opinion and I will be getting more.

I love that nothing sticks and it’s easy to clean. They’re very minimal looking and the color is nice. I also like the material that they’re made out of. Other pans contain non stick material is horrible for you and this steel is nice!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the 11 piece Gotham Steel Modern Cream non-stick cookware from nInfluenster for free for my honest review. I have used this set of pan for almost a month now. I am very pleased with them. First of all, they are lightweight! My elderly mother loves using them. I am delighted at how evenly well it cooks food. Eggs don't stick. Pan heats quickly. I can use metal utensils in them. The color is really nice and different. The handles are a gold tone and made of metal. They are dishwasher safe but I never put my pans in the dishwasher. These are super easy to clean. The only thing I wish they had was glass lids. However, the lids are very nice with a vent hole in them. I do a lot of cooking at home so I have put these to the test and they are the perfect size for a family of 3. Overall I highly recommend these pans.

I’m really hoping that it lasts, because as of right now it cooks so well and evenly and, as you can see, is on another level from old school non-stick coatings. Plus this set looks amazing, my roommate when he opened our cupboard was stoked. A definite aesthetic upgrade for my kitchen!
