    Hard not foam

    Hard, not foam like I thought based on reviews. It came in all kinds of parts needed to screw in with an allen wrench. Had to poke holes in fabric to get to screws underneath. The cover isn't soft. It was also very very hard to get on chair. Under this cover is wood slats like would be under a mattress on a bed.
