    Mom and daughter both felt the clam and relaxed

    I'm 43 years old and I've been having some major PMS when its that time of the month for me. My daughter who is 15 years old also experiences major PMS as well. I order the P. M. S. Emotional Mood Support for the both of us to try. It really helped calm us both in our household. I didn't feel like crying after 20mins of taking.     Felt Relief

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I often get weepy before my period and this time felt like a lot more, probably due to personal stressors like work and health. I added a couple squirts of this to my juice and felt relief from the overwhelm and emotions. I felt more calm and relaxed, although it made me a bit sleepy. So, I suggest taking it on the weekends and evenings.

    Excellent formula- highly effective!

    LIFE SAVER

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After finally entering back in to the PMS zone after 2+ years postpartum/breastfeeding, I was shocked by this mom-zilla I became with my 3 y. o. and 1 y. o. and thought how to myself how in the world am I going to manage this EVERY MONTH!     Like the product but not the pump

    I really like the PMS emotional mood support but the pump doesn't it give 3mL of product with 8 pumps. That's very frustrating so not sure if I should take more to get better results etc.

    PMS emotions have NOTHING on this tincture!

    I have always been moody during luteal phase of my cycle. The frustrating part is I am aware I am acting cranky but can't help but continue. I tried PMS Emotional Mood support and was shocked at how well it helped "even out" those big emotions. I love it!
