    The fireplace is beautiful, I gave 4 stars because The Crackle sound it came with sounded so unrealistic, I had to buy a seperate sound box to simulate fire place sounds.

    I really like it. It fits perfectly into my fireplace. I had to buy a heavy duty extension cord for it. The cord didn't reach my outlet but it's working well with the extension. My electrician advised me on the specific cord that would accommodate the fireplace.

    I love this Insert!

    This is a really beautiful insert, that looks as real as advertised. I enjoy the warmth and movement of the flames. I'd rate higher but for two things. The first is the sound. It's rather pleasant except for a louder pop at the end of the sound cycle which is startling. As a result I'm still enjoying the insert but without sound. Secondly, the electric cord is 6 feet long, and I knew this in advance. Unfortunately, by the time the device is scooted to the back of my fireplace box, and pushed against the wall to keep it out of the way, I'm more than two feet short of an outlet. I knew this in advance, but thought I could make it work. Otherwise, I love this insert, it's nearly as nice as when I used to make real fires.

    Love our electric logs. So cozy and warms our LR perfectly. Our only complaint is the supposed crackling sound. The sound is not even close. The sound is like a tin can bring kicked. The product would be better without the sound included. Thankfully, it can be turned off.

    This does a great job

    This does a great job heating the living room in our basement. Only downside is the sound, it’s horrendous. It is not realistic at all which was disappointing. I’m shocked other reviewers who said it sounded good. We just keep the sound off at all times.

    I LOVE my electric fireplace! It so realistic that the first couple days I thought the flames were real! I told my dog they are to keep him away from it! It's so much better than the fake flames behind glass that I had previously. Love love ❤️!

    Would recommend but don't use sound

    Really like this unit looks like a true fire. The only problem I have is the sound has a metallic noise that's quite annoying. You would expect a more crackling sound from a fire not a pipe banging noise.
