Missing crucial functional component
One of the 4 screws that holds the basket on is missing therefore it is not usable. Unfortunately I already trew away the packaging. Hopefully my husband will figure out a work around.

Rear wheel broke after six months
I got this cart for groceries and my band gear. The gear's heavy but still under the cart's weight limit. The big issue was the rear wheels weren't aligned right. They rub against the ground, making it harder to move. After six uses, one wheel actually split, which was frustrating. I've used it a ton for groceries, but now the wheels are pretty worn out. Tried fixing them, but no luck. Overall, a solid cart, but the wheel problem's a dealbreaker for me.

Cheaply made
Bought this for sports equipment. It was easy to fold and maneuvered well until one wheel snapped off. I contacted the company, and they gave me a partial refund. Otherwise, it would've been a great wagon.

Good for softball gear
I use it to gather balls on the field. Works great, but I wish the handle could lock in place. The arm is solid, but the push button isn't great. They should've made a metal clip for it. Still, it works well on grass and dirt.

Handle is terrible
I loved the size of this for grocery hauls, but the handle is a nightmare. It's impossible to steer,goes wherever it wants. Got me in the ankles a few times, and that hurt since I've had ankle surgery before. It's a disaster in tight spaces. I returned it.

If you just want something for groceries, this isn't it. It's heavy and wide, so it's hard to get in and out of a car or through doorways. It would be good for hauling kids or heavier stuff, but I returned it.

Big, collapsible, and awesome!
I love this wagon. It replaced my old one that got stolen on Christmas Eve. Took me a while to save up for this one, but it's worth it. It works better with my power wheelchair, but it's still a little awkward. The higher cost makes it feel sturdier, so I don't mind.
