DHP Hazen Armless Upholstered Accent Chair, Ivory Corduroy

I love the corduroy fabric as it adds a nice cozy texture to the space and it seems relatively durable. All parts needed were included and the instructions were easy to follow. It was very easy to assemble the legs, but took some maneuvering to align the screws to attach the back. Overall, I am pleased with this chair!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The DHP accent chair I received from Influenster came neatly and conveniently packed for easy transport & identification of parts. Everything needed to assemble the chair was included in the box, including the Allen key. The instructions indicated the chair could be assembled in 15mins. It took me at least 45 mins from start to finish. I was extra careful because the wood on the underside of the chair was terribly splintered. The legs were easy, but the back of the chair had to be put on at an angle. The holes didn’t line up and it was hard to see from the underside and top to get the angle just right. This took the longest amount of time and I had to position the chair a few different ways until I could one bolt in at the correct angle. It would’ve been helpful to have an extra person for this part, but I made it work solo. Once assembled, the chair is beautiful! It is light enough to move to another room but still feels sturdy. The seat cushion feels like memory foam. The color and texture are beautiful to accent any room! For context, I’m 4’10. Sitting comfortably on the chair or sitting all the way back in the chair, my feet don’t touch the floor. If I sit on the edge, feet touch. There’s plenty of room on the sides of the seat for wide hips to be comfortable. I believe it’s a decent size for the average person but would not be comfortable for y’all people! It looks short but is a decent height once assembled. Also, you can easily find a slip cover for this design to change it up if you want! I am satisfied with it his chair overall.
