By the time I laid down, I was fast asleep. I would normally have a bit of trouble falling asleep, but after using Youtheory Sleep, I began to notice that I was falling asleep almost immediately. Very effective product!

But I find it that it doesn't work as fast as other products. But it works. Maybe a bit slower but that just me. My boyfriend uses it and it works fast on him. We both love the lemon lime flavor. And we can mix it with water or juice. I get a good sleep but still wake up a lot but my boyfriend is knocked out. I wish I was him.

I also look for a natural supplement that helps me fall asleep and stay asleep. I'm am happy to report this sleep supplement has all of those things I look for. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My boyfriend has always had a really hard time staying asleep; So we were hoping that this would remedy some of his problems, while going a more natural route. The flavor of this powder kind of tastes like Aspirin, when mixed with water. When mixed with juice, you are still left with a bitter aftertaste, in your mouth. I would say that this makes you pretty sleepy and ready for bed, about 15 minutes after taking it. The big problem for my boyfriend was that he still woke up all night long, and when he was sleeping, I noticed him tossing, turning, and talking in his sleep while he was on this product. Which is not normal, for him. Obviously, something in it did not agree with him. The reason for the three stars is that I could completely see this working for someone without serious sleep problems, especially if you want to go the more natural route!

I’m training for a marathon so my body is often very sore at night and the magnesium in the product is really such a great add! You will notice in the picture I posted that this product isn’t just melatonin, but several things combined to make for a good night sleep! Now if only they made a kids version I could give to my kids...then I’d really get a good nights sleep! The only drawback to this stuff is that it doesn’t disolve super well...but it doesn’t taste gross so it’s easy to throw it back even though it’s grainy!

I was able to wake the next day refresh, fully rested and able to function throughout my normal 16 hour day. I would only use the product once biweekly since it has been struggling to get to the sleep the next day.
