Great way to take coconut oil
I have been taking a spoonful of coconut oil a day as it is very good for you. I do not like the taste of the oil or the texture of it. I was extremely excited to try these pills. This is an excellent way to take coconut oil if you do not like the taste or texture of it. There is no aftertaste with these pills.

I been taking the coconut oil soft gel an let me tell you these pills have helped my energy every morning. I also like that they are plant base supplement, i like that they are coconut oil pills. i take them every morning. easy to swallow and the scent is not bad. I recommended to a friend to help her have energy in mornings.

Coconut soft gels
Tried Sports Research Coconut Oil Soft Gels 1000 mg. I've read about what coconut oil does but had never tried it in a soft gel form . Love that these soft gels are certified Vegan, Gluten free, non GMO, and cold pressed. So far these have not done anything to aid in any issues as I have read about. Also there are conflicting studies on whether these soft gels raise or lower good and bad cholesterol. Either way, I didn't see or feel any benefits to add this to my supplements. The soft gels do smell very good though!

Easy to swallow
These coconut oil soft gels are very easy to swallow. Mcts on the go are the best. I highly recommend this line of supplements. I take this and 3-4 other kinds from this brand daily with great feeling results.

Smell good
I received a bottle of 120 Sports Research Coconut Virgin Oil Softgels, and I really like them! They smell great and pleasantly of coconut. They are a bit large, but soft. They are white in color, and sort of white marbled looking. If you have trouble swallowing large pills, it’s something to consider. Otherwise, I recommend them!

Easy to take
These coconut oil capsules are really easy to take. It is evident just by looking at them that they are filled with pure coconut oil. If you've ever paid attention to how coconut oil looks when it solidifies, the crystals are clearly obvious at a cool room temperature. I don't particularly enjoy the flavor of coconut oil, so this is a great way to include it in my diet. I did notice a bit of discoloration in a few of the capsules (pictured). Not sure if that's an effect of processing or if better quality control is needed.

This soft gel pills are easy to take. And easy to swallow. Bottle doesn't have weird smells. And pills are easy to add to your daily supplements. Pills aren't to big so you shouldn't have issues swallowing it.

These coconut oil soft gels make it sobmuch easier and pleasant taking coconut oil. I don't mind the size of the capsules, but they are on the larger side and some people, like my husband, won't be able to tolerate them. Great idea to make coconut oil into capsules, so kuch easier to take them anywhere and everywhere.

Boost of energy
I feel like these give me a boost of energy on days that I'm feeling a bit sluggish. I don't take them everyday. I love that they're made from organic coconuts & are non GMO. They are good quality. The capsules have remained stable. I've had no issues with them melting.

Excellent product!
After using these biotin soft gels I noticed a difference in my hair and nails. My nails are growing stronger and longer than before. My hair looks healthy and full. The capsule is easy to take. No after taste or a smell. I take these daily and would recommend these to anyone.

Great alternative
A year or two ago my MIL purchased a bottle of MCT oil for me and I just couldn’t get into it. It was too oily to drink on a daily basis. So, when I got these coconut oil supplements I was excited to get the MCT benefits without the oily residue left behind. They are cloudy like the bottle says they are, which is fine. It also does “go right through me” like a tablespoon of MCT oil does, which I appreciate! I am not a vegan so it doesn’t bother me either way but it should be noted that these capsules are. Overall, love these supplements.

The Sports Research Coconut Oil Softgels are an excellent product.First off ,they are plant based.The softgels has 1000mg and120 in the bottle.Take up to 4 times a day,I only take 2 only. They are easy to swallow,buta little bit big. It has a bit of coconut scent.I totally recommend them.
