I forgot to take these on this morning. I was running out of my home, getting into my car, doing everything else, and it wasn't until I was on my way to work that I realized that I hadn't take my vitamins. BOY! WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! I felt so out of wack! I have been taking these for YEARS! Believe me, I will NEVER forget these again.

Solvated always does great products. Like that it’s in dark glass bottles. Only need to take one pill and not huge size and covers all the basis for b vitamins

I love how clean solgar's products are. I always gravitate towards their supplements over others and this B-complex did not disappoint. I don't feel flushed after taking it, and after a few weeks I noticed that I am actually feeling more energized throughout the day and I haven't been getting a second coffee like I was before. I was consistently taking another brand's B complex for months and felt no different. This is what I will be recommending to costumers now!

This B complex contains high amounts of all the B's I need plus inositol and choline, not included in some others. I also like the 100 mg niacin (so I don't need to take that separately) and this one does not cause me to experience a niacin flush. I'm celiac and this supplement is gluten free!

The vast majority of B complex supplements contain Vitamin B-12 as cyanocobalamin - this type is cheap to process but releases a trace amount of cyanide. Solgar uses Vitamin B12 as cobalamin.
