Sent wrong box. Got 2 out of 3 boxes and the 3rd box was a different item. Called support and their only suggestion was to return to store ourselves. So now I have to get these HEAVY boxes into my car (not a truck, I have a tiny car!) and return them myself. which i’m sure will be an issue when I get there because it was a wrong item. Support was Zero help 3rd party place with no sympathy. Offer nothing but return it yourself. Didn’t offer just sending 3rd part like I would have. Dee the “support supervisor” just kept repeating, “ sorry thats the policy we have no contact with seller.” instead of giving a justified solution like contacting the seller and sending 3rd part?. Side note I got this for father’s day as a present. Now I’m on the phone on father’s day upset with no solution and my husband is spending the day returning it to Target (where future problems will arise.) which Dee the woman on the phone had ZERO sympath for. So now we’re off to Target using or own time, gas, car and Sunday. Make it make sense. They offer no compensation and just kept repeating as stated above. When I asked what the support number they offered with the product was for if it can fix an issue? Dee stated, to offer support/solutions to issues…….. Still trying to figure out the solution she offered besides driving it back myself. Do NOT ORDER! They offered nothing. I’m shocked by target. I usually do not order stuff like this but I trusted target.

Love it! Took about a week to get to us in 3 boxes. Assembly was easy and all the parts were present. The cushions arent super plush so do recommend a back pillow and a little bit of damage is on one of the metal frame of a chair and table leg, but nothing too major. Fits perfect under our 10x12 pergola. Recommend!

It’s actually a nice set. But the table legs came damaged and target offers zero resolution other than packing the entire at back up and returning it. I’d just like replacement table/legs. Or even a partial refund and I’ll repaint them. I had it delivered because I have no way to transport. Be better Target.
